1 credit = 1 product enrichment (description, SEO title, meta description and tags, alt text included). 2 credits = 1 collection enrichment. The 50 free credits are given once per account and once per store domain. Unused plan credits roll over while you stay subscribed. A custom top-up costs $0.05 per credit.

Good to know
The 50 free credits are a one-time pool, not a monthly allowance. They stay
available until you use them.

from a pack never expire.
No. When you run out of credits we tell you plainly. WooCommerce stores pay by
card through Stripe Checkout and Shopify stores through Shopify, and nothing paid
runs until you choose it.
Shopify through the CortexGuard app, WooCommerce through the free plugin, and any
other store through the CortexCommerce app. The credit system is the same.

On Shopify, uninstall the CortexGuard app or change your plan inside it; Shopify
stops the charge. In the CortexCommerce app, drop a store to Free or remove it
from your account; removing it cancels its plan at once, so it is not charged
again.
Unused plan credits stay spendable for 90 days. After that only pack credits, and
any free credits you have left, spend. Credits from a pack never expire.
